I just signed up with Cirro Energy and I am already disappointed. I received my first bill which is due 10/05/2012. I called customer service to request a due date change because I live on my Social Security which I do not get until the 3rd Wednesday each month. Sometimes this may be the 20th 0r 21st of the month. I do not want to be late all the time.
I was told that my due date could not be changed. Why is this? I have always been able to move my payment due date closer to the end of the month for this reason.
